Simon Haussegger

Simon has over 10 years of experience in the design, development and delivery of a broad range of projects, particularly within the commercial, education and sport sectors.

Since joining Cox Architecture in 2006, Simon has worked primarily in the role of design and project architect for a range of projects, leading teams from feasibility through to construction. Being involved in all phases of project delivery has allowed Simon to gain a deep understanding and ability to efficiently resolve complex design issues and translate them into innovative and buildable solutions.

As design and project architect on 567 Collins St and Victoria University’s Sunshine Construction Futures, Simon utilised Cox Architecture’s advanced parametric design and BIM systems to provide 3D visualisation to assist communication of the design story with the client and stakeholder groups during the process. These tools also assisted with contract documentation outputs when issued during the construction phase, thus ensuring a more efficient and coordinated building process.
