Brett is an experienced and passionate architect with a background spanning private residential, master-planning, public and education projects across Australia and overseas. He has specialist experience in education – designing and administering large-scale projects for schools in Ballarat and Melbourne.
Brett’s broad range of skills allow him to see projects in their entirety, allowing him to skilfully guide the process through from conceptualisation and procurement to final delivery. He has an affinity for client liaison, client briefs, concept and design development using 2D and 3D media – as well as experience in negotiating complex projects on site.
Combined with his career as an architect is Brett’s passion for writing, an ability that regularly sees him contributing to a range of design and architectural publications as a thought leader.
Brett was project architect for Wesley College’s ‘Learning in Residence’ project, helping to realise the college’s vision of a reintroduction of boarding to Wesley. He was also the project architect for Scotch College’s conversion of the historic Keon-Cohen building as a new student social hub.
