Chris joined COX in 2000. Over the course of his career he has made significant contributions to architecture and urban design, largely in Canberra but also across major Australian cities, London, UAE and China.
Chris is a respected design leader who has delivered a diverse range of architectural and urban design projects spanning public, commercial, retail, sporting and residential sectors. He has expertise in master planning and development feasibility, with an ability to rapidly conceptualise and resolve complex design challenges.
As a Director of COX, Chris brings an ability to consider briefs from an unencumbered perspective to every project he touches. His approach has produced unique, sensitive and intelligent projects that have resulted in many national and international awards, including the renowned Willinga Park Equestrian facility.
Chris plays a leading role at both a national and studio level. He is dedicated to the continuation of knowledge, contributing at the University of Canberra teaching and mentoring the next generation of architects.
