COX offers a range of internships and scholarships as a means of recruiting outstanding graduates and fulfilling social responsibilities.
National
We are an employment partner of CareerTrackers, an Australia-wide Indigenous Internship Program which supports pre-professional indigenous university students to undertake paid multi-year internships. The aim is to engage the students as full-time employees upon graduation.
COX has also committed to the CareerSeekers Internship program, a non-profit organisation supporting Australia’s humanitarian entrants into professional careers. The program provides in-depth preparation and support to both refugees and people seeking asylum who are either currently studying at university, or looking to restart their professional career in Australia.
New South Wales
For more than 15 years, COX’s Sydney studio has partnered with leading universities to support and celebrate the next generation of design talent.
The COX University Scholarship is an ongoing initiative with the University of Sydney, UNSW, UTS, and the University of Western Sydney. Each year, scholarships are awarded to final-year undergraduate students who have demonstrated an exceptional standard of design excellence.
Each recipient receives a minimum three-month internship with COX’s Sydney Studio – an opportunity that can be extended by mutual agreement.
Selection is made collaboratively by each university and a COX representative, recognising students who exemplify creativity, curiosity, and a commitment to meaningful design.
Queensland
