You’re a pursuits professional who knows how to win work. In this role, you’ll lead the bid process from opportunity identification through to submission — developing win strategies, crafting compelling proposals, and coordinating teams under pressure. You’ll bring rigour to how COX pursues its most strategic opportunities, improving quality, consistency, and conversion.

Working closely with sector leads and the marketing team, you’ll shape how the firm presents its expertise when it matters most. If you thrive on deadlines, storytelling, and the thrill of the win, this is your arena.

The role is a leadership-impact role (not support role) and offers joining an empowered function led by a razor-sharp leader.
