COX Architecture is a multidisciplinary Australian practice which integrates architecture, planning, urban design and interior design.

About the role:
Our Melbourne studio is currently searching for talented and highly creative individuals who can contribute to a major healthcare project, with a focus on public realm and front of house user experience. We are looking for a mid-level all-rounder with an eye for design, and experience documenting in Revit.
Responsible for:
- Liaison and coordination with project team, clients and consultants
- Production of detailed workings, plans, drawings, schedules and specifications
- Design and documentation – CAD and REVIT
- Design and planning, including graphic requirements / presentations
- Site activities as required
Experience:
- 5-10 years’ experience
- Demonstrated experience on significant architectural projects
- Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate as part of a project team
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
- Ability to build effective relationships
- Ability to problem solve and provide exceptional, forward-thinking design solutions
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong REVIT skills
- Proficiency in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- 3D modelling favourable, particularly Rhino
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture required
- Registration with ARBV or equivalent overseas body
Remuneration:
- Salary range from $70,000 – $110,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on level of experience
