We are excited to have established a permanent studio in Aotearoa. We are currently looking for experienced architects/designers to join our team and be an integral part of growing our newly established studio in Auckland.

We are looking for someone who can:
- Operate confidently at a senior level
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and advocacy for business growth
- Proactively undertake business development for the studio
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in the local industry
- Utilise strong technical skills and local industry knowledge
- Work collaboratively with a small team providing leadership and mentoring
- Provide strong design skills and technical capabilities to studio projects
- Manage proposals/tenders for new work and attend consultations/briefings
- Represent the interests of the studio at key stakeholder and client meetings
Experience, Qualifications, Skills:
- Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Registration in New Zealand as an architect (preferred)
- A strong understanding of construction sector legislation, building codes, standards, systems and processes in Auckland and wider region
- Experience working on medium and large commercial projects
- Experience in business development for practice growth
- Extensive knowledge of all design stages & concepts
- REVIT skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office
You are expected to be able to –
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with diverse range of people
- Assemble and deliver presentations to clients, stake holders
- Drive submissions, tenders and business development opportunities
- Lead, mentor, manage a small growing studio team
