We are currently searching for an ICT Support Engineer to join our Melbourne studio, working with the national team. The ICT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing Level 1 Desktop support for COX users and assist other engineers within the team when required. About the role:
We are currently searching for an ICT Support Engineer to join our Melbourne studio, working with the national team. The ICT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing Level 1 Desktop support for COX users and assist other engineers within the team when required. You will be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
Responsible for:
- Helpdesk
- First point of contact for all IT related issues for the Melbourne studio
- Monitor the Helpdesk (HD) for new or updated requests for the Melbourne studio. HD requests should be picked up instantly and assigned, working through issues with users in a collaborative, timely fashion
- Assist other studios by monitoring their service requests and act when appropriate
- Software Asset Management
- Ensure compliance of deployed and licensed software and remediating where required
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to ensure effective, cost-efficient procurement and usage within the COX Architecture network
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the procurement and operational lifecycle.
- Service Provider & Contract Management
- Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipts, contract correspondence and customer contact information sheets
- Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.)
- Oversee vendor Service Level Agreement compliance with suppliers and service providers
- Monitor contract close-out, extension or renewal of each agreement
- Maintain Vendor Relationships Management
- Create, build and maintain open partnerships and relationships with major suppliers and service providers to ensure maximum value to COX Architecture
- Mobile Management
- Maintain and support suite of mobile devices
Experience:
- Experience working with computers
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build effective relationships
- Strong focus on customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a team
- Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Motivated, punctual and prompt to act on support requests
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification preferred
