Key responsibilities:
• Manage the design, documentation and construction of projects with high level review from Directors and Associates
• Manage the work of each member of the design team
• Manage the inputs of the support team
• Manage the inputs of the consultant team
• Participate in design reviews with the client and studio Management
• Ensure the project requirements of the Project Director are met
• Report to the Project Director on conformance with the brief, the cost plan and the program
• Liaise with approving authorities as required
• Implement the Cox Procedures Manual / Quality System

Competencies and experience required:
· Revit
· Microsoft Office
· Adobe Suite

Qualifications required:
· Masters’ of Architecture
· Registration as an Architect (preferred)

Experience required:
· Strong experience on large commercial projects
· Experience in working in a multidisciplinary team
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· High level time management to meet deadlines and manage priorities
· Ability to problem solve, provide solutions
· Strong REVIT skills
· Other software skills eg Rhino desirable
