One being the planning of cities and design of spaces that are adaptable to change – cultural, social, technological, and economic. The other is the creation of sustainable spaces – environmental strategies that are embedded, rather than added, to our designs.

The COX Adelaide Studio is currently working on major design projects in a range of sectors and the successful candidate will work alongside senior staff shaping our future city. Role:

Working within a collegiate framework of creatives, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion. We are looking for an energetic, natural leader, who takes design as seriously as client relations.

With a history spanning 50 years, COX has worked on some of Australia’s most notable architectural projects. Our Adelaide studio has been involved in projects such as Adelaide Oval, Adelaide Botanic High School and Her Majesty’s Theatre redevelopment. This role represents an exciting opportunity to take charge of projects of varying scale, sector, and timelines.

COX recognises the value in the right candidate and is looking to offer a competitive package to the individual that fits. We are willing to negotiate a relocation allowance to Australian-based applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to work as a leader and/or as part of a project team, as required;
• Liaison and co-ordination with project team, clients and consultants;
• Production of detailed workings, plans, drawings, schedules and specifications
• Design and documentation – REVIT
• Design and planning, including graphic requirements/presentations
• Site activities as required
• Technical project review and support

Qualifications Required:
