COX Designers Recognised in ADR’s 30UNDER30 Shortlist

We are proud to celebrate three of our rising stars—Margot Lapalus, Ashleigh Sullivan, and Chloe Leuenberger—who have been named in Australian Design Review’s (ADR) prestigious 30UNDER30 2024/2025 program. This accolade highlights their creativity, dedication, and vision as emerging leaders in the design industry.

Shaping the Future of Design
Now in its third year, ADR’s 30UNDER30 initiative recognises the most promising talent across architecture, interior, and product design. Alternating focus each year, the program has returned in 2024/2025 to shine a spotlight on the innovators shaping the future of interior and product design.

This year’s program drew nearly 200 entries from across the country, with 68 exceptional young designers making the final shortlist. Judged by industry leaders including SJB’s Hamish Ginn and BVN’s Brian Clohessy, the shortlist celebrates those making meaningful contributions to the built environment.

“The breadth of young talent in this year’s submissions is truly impressive,” said Ginn. “The passion and clarity demonstrated by these designers set a high bar for the future of our industry.”

Clohessy echoed this sentiment, adding, “It’s inspiring to see the achievements of these young professionals so early in their careers. This recognition reflects their bravery, dedication, and commitment to their craft.”
