COX has been shortlisted for the AA Prize for Unbuilt Work for the project Future Density: A water sensitive, climate positive, housing typology for the future.
The Future Density research project investigates new models of sub-tropical housing and the integration of sustainable life-cycle approaches to urban design. The project challenges the status quo and promotes new ways of living densely and sustainably at a time where regenerating and protecting the natural environment has never been more critical.
