North Queensland Stadium: on schedule for the NRL

The North Queensland Stadium project is on schedule to be completed in time for the start of the 2020 National Rugby League (NRL) season.

Construction Documentation is underway after the Design Development was completed in December 2018. Already, the design of the pandanus inspired structure is becoming both familiar and noticeably distinct from every other stadium – both locally and internationally.

Early works, particularly civil earthworks, are underway on site. Commencement of the main stadium build is due around the midpoint of 2018.
