This new development for UEM Sunrise and Greystar is poised to become a world-class Build-to-Rent precinct through sensible urban planning, social engagement and environmental design.
Located on the corner of Langridge and Hoddle Streets, the proposal is truly embedded in Collingwood’s urban fabric, creating 407 apartments across two buildings, allocating 10% of the residences to affordable housing.

With utmost priority placed on people’s wellbeing and connection, this Build-to-Rent precinct will be a first for Collingwood. Carefully designed to integrate with the surrounding urban fabric, the precinct will quickly become a new hub for the local community.
The new precinct will quickly become a hub for the thriving Collingwood community thanks to a generous ground plane. Multiple hospitality offerings will be side by side with a vibrant, open public square and community space allocated to a not-for-profit organisation.
Numerous pedestrian links throughout the precinct will enhance local connection and deliver a high-level of amenity, permeability and walkability for residents and the local community.
Above ground, the landscaped rooftop terraces will provide magnificent amenity for the residents with great city views, providing opportunities for social gatherings and moments of pause.
