Anthea is an accomplished interior designer, and a valuable member of the COX leadership team, contributing to many key projects utilising her local and international experience across the hotel, hospitality, retail and residential sectors.
Anthea’s passion for steering interior design elements from concept through documentation and delivery by harnessing the frenetic energy that design generates and delivering a sense of serenity through interiors that are both inviting and calm, yet distinctive. Her significant recent projects include the boutique winery Ten Minutes by Tractor and the luxurious Masons Retail Store.
Drawn to European sensibilities, perhaps due to her Italian heritage, Anthea sees everyday life and functionality as inspiration, creating habitable spaces that elegantly support people to go about their daily tasks, creating spaces that transform the lives of the people who use them. Her keen eye for detail is evident throughout every project she leads.
Anthea works across projects in Australian and South Eastern Asian offices using her international perspective to support COX’s global expansion. The calmness in her designs extends to her processes and relationships. She enjoys mentoring junior staff and believes, beyond the identity and style of her designs, her successful relationships will be her legacy.
