Due to the unprecedented nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, we had no best-practice policy or strategy for a whole studio shift to working from home (WFH). Members of our national team designed a survey to evaluate both the reality and perception of our people’s WFH set-ups to learn from and address the shortfalls affecting their ability to work effectively.
The survey was open from 10th – 27th April 2020. The overall response rate was 68%.

Process
The survey confirms that the approach, experience and communications around COVID-19 and WFH have been a success. The feedback received from our employees is assisting us to better support our people while working from home.

Moving Forward
The situation is fluid and if restrictions continue or change this will likely affect our people’s need for both the quantity and type of information and tech-related assistance they require. We will continue with this approach but be prepared to adapt if subsequent follow-up surveys indicate the need.
