Ian works with clients across a broad range of delivery models to produce convention and exhibition centres with state-of-the-art technology and flexibility within a competitive market. He is also recognised for his experience in hotels and resorts, many designed to support convention and exhibition markets.
Well versed in all aspects of public building procurement, Ian has developed expertise across a range of brief development and delivery models including public-private partnerships.
Since 2001 Ian has been responsible for the development of our Malaysian major building projects and has an intimate understanding of how to deliver large scale state and nationally significant projects within the Malaysian context.
After 33 years as a Director of COX, Ian began practicing as a Principal Consultant in 2023.
