Matt has been working in the architecture industry for over 15 years. Prior to joining COX as the Strategy Lead for COX’s National Design Technology Team, he was the Innovation Design Manager at a progressive Architecture practice. In this previous role, his key achievements included, establishing and running the R&D division with an emphasis on optimisation and efficiency for the practice, forming partnerships with leading technology companies to investigate new methods in delivering projects, and successfully creating and implementing design technology strategy programs.
Matt’s years of experience in the industry has enabled him to deliver, manage and coordinate major projects from concept to full construction. These projects span retail, commercial, residential and aged care, both locally and overseas.
His experience in architecture fused with his knowledge and experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM), Computational Design, Virtual Reality, and game design and development, assists the team in establishing and implementing a cohesive road map that will keep COX resilient and at forefront of architectural technology delivery.
