COX’s The New Workplace Report
In late 2020, we conducted a client study.
The purpose of this study was to gain insight into the practices and perceptions of our workplace clients in response to COVID19. We interviewed COX workplace clients from across the nation, representing 8 sectors.
They were asked to reflect on the workplace trends they’ve trialled and implemented since Australia’s first lockdown in March 2020.
The survey covered:

- Return to work
- Flexibility
- Technology
- Spatial modifications
- Perceived productivity
- Future operations
