Cristian is a registered architect with more than 15 years experience in the design industry. Since joining COX in 2007 Cristian has worked on a broad range of projects from sports, transport, commercial and residential, through to large scale convention centres. His work includes the Ken Rosewall Arena Redevelopment in Sydney Olympic Park, Shore School Sports Facilities, The Courthouses in Newcastle and works at the Australian National Maritime Museum. Most significantly, Cristian worked on the residential towers over Chatswood Transport Interchange and Station.
He has considerable experience in the design of train stations, particularly underground metro stations. He worked on the proposed Sydney Metro Stages 1 and 2. He assisted in the delivery of the Sydney North West Metro working across different typologies including underground, cut and cover, and elevated Stations. He was also involved in the design, documentation and construction of the North West Metro prototypes.
His skills include concept design, design development and constructions documents. He specialises in façade systems, leading the façade coordination for many COX projects.
