Paul joined COX in 2001. With more than 50 years’ experience in building services and architectural industries he is an excellent asset to every project he takes on.
Paul’s strength lies in his ability to translate the vision of clients into documents that accurately communicate the briefed requirements and ensure we meet the desired outcomes. On the iconic Willinga Park Complex, Paul has contributed his unique thought process and keen ability to perceive dimensional detailing. His expertise in project delivery through innovative means saw him play a crucial role in this project’s success.
Paul has been involved in the repurposing of the Alexander & Albemarle Buildings – transforming them from commercial spaces into residential apartments. He also played a key-role in the Scrivener fit-out for the University of Canberra. By focusing on clear communication in project delivery and documentation roles especially, Paul has ensured that these projects not only meet but exceed the standards that clients expect.
