Kyran is a dedicated and passionate individual driven by a passionate commitment to creating positive change within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
Throughout his time at Ernst and Young (EY), Kyran has honed extensive skills in internal audit and risk assurance across various sectors spanning government, infrastructure, Indigenous affairs, and non-profits.
Kyran also worked with Canteen Australia as their former National Reconciliation Coordinator, leading impactful initiatives aimed at enhancing the social and emotional wellbeing of First Nations youth affected by cancer. Prior to joining COX, Kyran was the Manager of Reconciliation and Cultural Heritage at Renewal SA, where he oversaw the successful execution of their Reconciliation Action Plan, while fostering meaningful collaboration with local Aboriginal communities to manage cultural heritage aspects.
In his current role as COX’s Indigenous Engagement Lead, Kyran is dedicated to supporting and developing understanding and capability when navigating the sensitivity and complexity of Reconciliation and Indigenous Co-design. By actively engaging with project teams and local First Nations communities, Kyran ensures respectful collaboration and shares valuable insights and lessons learned from previous projects.
