Shane is a Senior Associate in COX’s Brisbane studio. He is a respected leader with on-site and contract administration skills that aid in uniting architects, clients and builders.
Shane graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 1989, joining COX the same year before leaving to explore retail and tourism projects. Returning to the practice in 2000, he has since become the Brisbane leader of our quality assurance team.
He has extensive expertise in all forms of project procurement from traditional lump sum to design-and-construct, managing contract and public-private-partnership. He is a lead mentor to staff in construction and fabrication techniques and conducts post-occupancy reviews to inform staff of detail and technical resolution.
