Alexander commenced working at COX in early 2013 after completing his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture at the University of Canberra. A keen interest for architecture has driven him to pursue international study in Scandinavia during his Masters degree and helped forge a desire to seek out clear, simple responses to design challenges.
Alexander has a broad range of experience across a variety of scales and project types, assisting with development applications and front-end design stages, as well as documentation and construction. A high attention to detail and presentation ensures clarity in conveying conceptual ideas and drawing resolution. An ability to successfully coordinate and work in a team environment in a responsive manner has been essential to meeting tight deadlines.
Alexander pursues a keen interest in architectural literature, history, theory & critical discourse, providing a framework to support informed design strategies. He has held several sessional tutoring positions at the University of Canberra for the core Design Studio unit and actively participates in design reviews and international competition work.
