Rory is an Associate Director of COX in our Sydney studio. He specialises in the design of residential projects and has worked on many award-winning designs around Sydney.
Rory is well-versed in achieving quality design outcomes, developing multiple residential projects to achieve Stage 1 DA approval. He is aware of apartment design guide objectives.
As a design architect, Rory has worked on projects spanning all residential forms, including multi-residential, medium density, social, seniors and student housing. In addition, he has also worked on projects in commercial, retail, recreational and cultural sectors.
Rory has worked across notable projects such as the Putney Hill development, which took out the UDIA Award for Excellence in Medium Density Development.
