Samantha is a hospitality and residential design specialist with experience working in Australia and Europe on complex projects for prestigious international brands. Her key strengths lie in capturing a brand’s narrative and business strategy to crafting a precise mood and design language that feels genuine and maximises ROI.
Soon after graduating in Sydney, Samantha moved to Amsterdam where she worked at FutureBrand UXUS, a leading global design and strategy agency. Here she delivered hotel and hospitality projects in Europe, Asia and the US such as Bloomingdales in Dubai, Nike in Belgium, Hotel Lutetia in Paris, and the Warwick Hotel San Francisco.
Samantha started her own agency in the Netherlands, Studio 34 South, working on high end hospitality and retail projects such as Restaurant Pompen en Verlouw, Mister Design Showroom, and private residential projects in Amsterdam and Haarlem. Her work has been published in global design journals such as FrameWeb, Dezeen, Vogue, Yatzer, Elle and Yellowtrace.
Samantha is passionate about sustainability and is endeavouring to create a sourcing framework with a circular mindset to ensure clean and ethical sourcing of interior finishes and products at COX.
