Katie McKenna is an experienced bid manager with over 15 years’ experience in the management, development and delivery of complex tenders for public and private sector clients, both in Australia and internationally. Her experience spans numerous project sectors, working in collaboration with Directors, consultants and other design practices in the development of various procurement response formats.
Prior to joining COX she worked for Balfour Beatty Capital in London, leading a number of Private Finance Initiative (PPP/PFI) DBFO (Design, Build, Finance and Operate) projects within the Schools, Social Housing and Fire & Rescue sectors. As a bid manager, she led a cohesive team which understood and supported the vision and ethos of the client, interpreting these aspirations in to successful and affordable proposals that could be delivered on time and to budget.
She currently leads the Sydney submissions and communications department, developing and maintain company marketing collateral and is a key point of contact for new business opportunities in Sydney.
