Milan joined COX in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience from multidisciplinary firms in both Australia and China. He has demonstrated strong leadership in delivering major projects, including the successful completion of a multi-unit residential development on Caddies Boulevard in Rouse Hill.
At COX, Milan has contributed to a range of projects, including the 2 Market Street commercial building, Hyatt Regency Hotel, and the Precinct 75 mixed-use development. His work on these projects has developed his expertise in adaptive reuse and the refurbishment of existing building fabric, where he excels in crafting solutions that meet client requirements while addressing the challenges of existing structures.
Before joining COX, Milan was involved in high-profile projects such as the Sydney Metro Barangaroo station and the Shenyang Global Financial Centre, known for its iconic 568m “Pearl of the North” tower.
Milan’s diverse experience has honed his skills in project management, team leadership, and documentation, alongside a strong understanding of various architectural typologies and project stages. His expertise makes him a key asset in corporate bidding and project delivery.
