Ramin is a Director of COX who has held key roles within the practice for more than 20 years. A versatile architect, Ramin works across residential, hotel, master-planning, urban design, commercial, retail, research, transport, and infrastructure.
Ramin leads the mixed-use and communities’ sector in COX’s Sydney Studio. Notable projects include the Precinct 75 St Peters Build to Rent Project, Rouse Hill Town Centre stage 2 expansion, Rouse Hill Northern Precinct Expansion Masterplan, in addition to leading the 5-15 Albert Street Mixed use 40-storey tower in Auckland. He works across the commercial sector on upgrades to existing commercial tenancies for high profile developers including the 2 Market Street Upgrade in Sydney CBD. His residential work for COX Sydney includes the successful ‘Communities Plus’ bid for Midtown, Ivanhoe, Macquarie Park and Telopea in NSW with Frasers Property Australia.
Previously, Ramin led the Hyatt Regency Expansion Project in Darling Harbour, as well as leading the Metro Residences Chatswood and Chatswood Transport Interchange; one of the largest development’s on Sydney’s North Shore incorporating residential, retail and rail uses.
Ramin plays an active role in connecting COX’s Sydney studio with NSW tertiary institutions through the organisation of scholarships, tutoring and guest critic roles.
