Kate joined COX in 2020 as an Associate with 10 years’ experience, becoming an Associate Director of COX in 2023. Throughout her career, she has worked on a diverse range of projects including some of Adelaide’s most iconic and award-winning projects. Her project experience includes cultural, health, sports facilities, hospitality venues, residential and multi-residential. Kate has experience across project scales and budgets, developing a high standard of project delivery and documentation across both architecture and interiors projects.
Kate’s passion for design coupled with her strong technical and communication skills has seen her lead complex projects through the design process to completion. She has been pivotal in steering several projects through complex challenges including briefing, and the design process, to align the client’s aspirations with the project budget and programme.
Kate is passionate about fostering relationships with clients and building communities more broadly within the architecture and construction industry. Since 2011, she has been a chapter member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), and was recently appointed President of the South Australian chapter.
