Tim is a Director of COX and has over 15 years experience leading the health architecture group. He has extensive knowledge and experience in managing hospital and health projects of various sizes and complexities and in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
Tim has been Project Architect for several of the practices most complex projects including the Townsville Hospital Redevelopment, Princess Alexandra Hospital Redevelopment, Bundaberg Hospital Redevelopment Detailed Business Case Christchurch Justice & Emergency Precinct, and Southbank Institute of Technology, from which he has developed particular expertise in Airport, Health, Justice and Tertiary Education design.
Another major, albeit niche area of Tim’s expertise is in affordable housing and public housing, and he has completed three ground breaking projects for the Brisbane Housing Company in Fortitude Valley in the space of six years.
