Griffin is experienced in both residential, build-to-rent and commercial sectors from feasibility to DA lodgement stages as a project lead liaising with clients and consultants. As a project lead, he works closely with clients and consultants, ensuring smooth communication and cooperation throughout the project. He is experienced in designing for Volumetric Modular Construction (VMC) for co-living, build-to-rent, and hotel developments. He is also well-versed in regulatory planning frameworks and in preparing and presenting to council and planning panels to obtain support and consent for development applications.
Griffin is skilled in establishing project frameworks that facilitate efficient project delivery, with a strong emphasis on developing concept design and design development. He is attuned to changing urban trends and demographics, and uses this knowledge to develop designs that respond to the context, neighbourhood character, target users and residents, as well as the wider public.
Griffin is a sessional academic and regular guest juror at the University of New South Wales, contributing to both the Master of Architecture graduation design studio and the Bachelor of Architectural Studies program, with specific focus on residential design.
