Will Brouwers is a senior associate and design leader with over a decade of experience delivering public projects in both Australia and the United States. His expertise lies in the higher education and research sectors, with a body of work that spans design, programming, and largescale campus master planning. Will has led multidisciplinary teams through competitive bid, design, and construction phases, consistently achieving high-performing and contextually responsive built outcomes. He is directly involved in the stakeholder engagement process, including leading and facilitating design workshops and community interaction.
Will’s approach to design is grounded in a deep interest in place, institutional identity, and urban design principles. His work integrates cultural insight with the technical logic of building systems to create enduring and joyful spaces.
Will’s projects have garnered numerous national and international awards, including the World Architecture Festival Award and national AIA awards.
