Specialising in large multi residential projects at COX, Costa has previously worked with several leading practices, in addition to running his own small practice. His project reach is expansive, spanning retail, medium and high density residential, education, public and commercial buildings.
Costa has strong skills in the delivery of projects from early conceptual design through to completion of contract administration, also possessing high-level abilities in traditional, public-private partnerships and design and construct delivery models.
