James joined COX in 2018, working on a range of projects spanning sports and recreation, master planning, education, residential, office and retail, and cultural sectors. His creative skillset allows him to have valued roles on national and international design competitions.
Through his varied experience, he has produced high-quality design and documentation outputs, along with facilitating successful client and stakeholder engagement processes. Passionate about the education of future designers, James participates in juries and tutoring design studios at the University of Canberra.
James has worked on 75 National Circuit, and since relocating to New Zealand has worked across Three Kings and the Auckland Harbour Crossing. He brings a fresh perspective and keen eye for design to this work, supporting his team members through projects and driving excellent design outcomes.
