With an ambitious strategy in place, Amanda leads the Markets & Growth team to build a ‘growth engine’ – one designed to realise COX’s bold vision: securing the best projects, with the best clients, anywhere in the world.
Prior to joining COX Architecture as our inaugural Chief Markets & Growth Officer, Amanda was the Founder and Director of Intent Advisory. There, she partnered with ambitious leaders to amplify the market impact of service-led businesses, working at the intersection of strategy, reputation, and revenue growth.
Amanda draws on more than 20 years of international experience, working both within and alongside organisations ranging from start-ups to globally listed conglomerates; from teams of 12 to 76,000 people; and across markets from Melbourne to London and beyond. Having held leadership and executive roles in diverse, market-leading professional services firms, she brings a blend of commercial pragmatism, creativity and humanity to everything she does.
Her previous roles include Group Director – Brand & Clients at Urbis and its international business, Cistri, as well as Associate Director at the London Stock Exchange-listed Intermediate Capital Group plc. Beyond her executive career, Amanda has served as President of the International Association of Business Communicators (Victoria), is an accredited organisational coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL), and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
