Born and bred in Ireland, Rebecca is an experienced professional with over 10 years’ experience working in Australia.
Since joining COX Architecture in 2017, she has progressed to Associate and Submissions Manager, bringing a strong understanding of practice operations, bid strategy, and stakeholder engagement, and acting as a driving force behind many project wins.
Rebecca genuinely cares about both the people she works with and the quality of outcomes she delivers. She embodies COX’s values of collaboration, integrity, and generosity, with a people-first approach that inspires those around her.
During her time as Co-Chair of the Property Industry Foundation’s (PIF) Future Leaders Committee, Rebecca was recognised at the 2024 PIF Awards for her ‘Outstanding Contribution to The Property Industry Foundation QLD,’ a testament to her dedication to contributing back to the community.
