Elizabeth’s role in architecture has evolved and grown over the years but she continues to be driven by the same purpose: to work collaboratively with the design team and create a studio environment that fosters curiosity, empathy and freedom of expression.
With a national role leading design quality and as head of the Melbourne operations team, Elizabeth captures both hands-on project assistance and wider organisational processes. She places great emphasis on knowledge sharing and best practice, drawing on her background working across a raft of project scales and typologies, including health, education, sport, commercial, living and transport sectors.
Elizabeth’s keen eye for detail and proactive communication style are combined with her trademark efficiency and determination underpinned by a strong focus on people. She encourages cross-team and cross-sector collaboration, and the celebration of the practice’s collective talent, spirit and hard work.
