A skilled designer and highly effective project leader, Søren worked in New York, London and Germany prior to joining COX. His experience spans diverse and complex sectors including rail infrastructure, sports stadia, high-end commercial, medium-density and residential construction and custom education facilities.
Søren is an enthusiastic advocate for social procurement and the lasting benefits it can provide for communities. He has completed a certificate in Implementation of Social and Sustainable Procurement and leads a COX national working group tasked with identifying opportunities to embed these practices in operations and project delivery.
With considerable expertise in specialised documentation, Søren is recognised for detailed problem solving and collaborative project management. He brings a high degree of construction knowledge, efficient coordination, and sophisticated design resolution to each project he leads.
