Nura graduated from Singapore Polytechnic in Architectural Technology in 2002, and then in Architecture from Queensland University of Technology in 2007.
Nura joined COX’s Brisbane studio shortly after graduating and is a highly experienced documentation architect. She was the building information modelling (BIM) project manager for the $500 million Townsville Hospital Redevelopment, a complex integration of new buildings and additives to a continuously functioning major hospital.
Nura has further advanced our BIM documentation and design development processes on the Christchurch Justice and Emergency Precinct in New Zealand, the Energex Headquarters at Brisbane’s Newstead Riverpark, and the Rooty Hill Performing Arts Centre in Sydney.
Her BIM work is vital to our practice’s documentation streamlining. Nura is a senior mentor to our young graduates facilitating BIM competency across the practice.
