Tim is a Principal Consultant at COX with over 15 years of experience leading the health architecture group. He brings extensive expertise in managing hospital and health projects of varying scale and complexity, and in leading multi-disciplinary teams through all phases of design and delivery.
Tim has served as Project Architect on some of the practice’s most complex projects, including the Townsville Hospital Redevelopment, Princess Alexandra Hospital Redevelopment, Bundaberg Hospital Redevelopment Detailed Business Case, Christchurch Justice & Emergency Precinct, and Southbank Institute of Technology. Through these projects, he has developed deep expertise across the Health, Justice, Airport, and Tertiary Education sectors.
A further, more niche area of Tim’s expertise lies in affordable and public housing. Over a six-year period, he delivered three ground-breaking projects for the Brisbane Housing Company in Fortitude Valley, advancing innovative approaches in this important sector.
