Andrew is committed to creating built environments that are cherished by those who inhabit them and that stand the test of time, developed from an understanding of place, culture and history. He has designed, led and delivered numerous highly regarded projects across a range of typologies.
The education sector has been a particular focus during Andrew’s career, fuelled by the passion and dedication of client groups and the social benefits that these projects deliver to communities.
More recently he has led COX’s major rail and infrastructure work in Victoria, including Level Crossing Removal Projects and numerous state and local government developments.
A celebrated design leader, Andrew generates a united vision for projects, stewarding stakeholders through the journey. He also has an innate ability to negotiate complex stakeholder structures, empowering groups to understand multiple points of view and work together towards a common goal.
