Ian is a highly skilled architect with unparalleled experience in the design and delivery of successful large-scale projects. Working with clients across a broad range of models to deliver convention and exhibition centres with state-of-the-art technology and flexibility within a competitive market, Ian is also recognised for his experience in hotels and resorts, many designed to support COEX markets.
Well versed in all aspects of public building procurement, Ian has developed expertise across a range of brief development and delivery models including public-private partnerships.
Beginning in 2001, Ian was responsible for the development of COX’s major building projects in Malaysia and has an intimate understanding of how to deliver major state and nationally significant projects within the local context.
After 33 years as a Director of COX, Ian began practicing as a Principal Consultant in 2023.
